Colleen joined Goodwill Industries of Delaware & Delaware County, Inc. in 1991. In her current capacity as Chief Mission Officer, she is responsible to provide direction of the human resources, employee benefits and staff development for over 600 employees, career and workforce development programs and services for over 6,800 individuals with barriers to employment, continuing advancement of information technology systems to support the 14 locations and support services of the organization including facilities and risk management and annual corporate planning. Through her efforts, Goodwill Industries has initiated innovative programs and collaborative efforts with local non-profit and state agencies which have provided additional vocational and job placement services to individuals who have a disability or disadvantage to obtaining employment.
Ms. Morrone earned an AA in General Studies in 1994 and BS in Business Management in 1995 from Wilmington College. She earned certifications in Professional Human Resources (PHR) in 1995. In 1995 she received a certificate in Non-Profit Management, and in 2003 a certificate in Advanced Non-Profit Management, both from the University of Delaware. Ms. Morrone was ServSafe certified in 2000 by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. In August 2004, Ms. Morrone received on the first Global Career Development (GCDF) certifications issued in the State of Delaware. Ms. Morrone participates monthly in a Vistage Key Leadership group.
In January 2004, Ms. Morrone was elected to the Board of Supervisors in Concord Township, Delaware County, PA, as the 1st woman in the 320-year history of the township. In July 2008, she was elected to the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She currently serves as a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (1994-present), St. Cornelius Parent’s Association (2001-present), Insuring Delaware County Children Committee (2007 – present), and Delaware County Women’s Commission (appointed 2007). She is also a former member of the Board of Directors for the Food Bank of Delaware (1989-1996), the New Castle County Community Partnership (1994-1996), the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Employee Relations Committee (1995-1999), YMCA Parent Committee (1997-2001), Caravan Coalition (1992-1994), Girl’s Inc. Annual Awards Luncheon Committee (1989-1991), and the 2020 Investment Group (1995-1998), and the Concord Township Planning Commission in Pennsylvania (1999-2003). Ms. Morrone was recognized in 1993 by Goodwill Industries of America, Inc. as the recipient of the North American GIVS Scholarship. She is a 1989 United Way Leadership Delaware graduate and is currently enrolled in Goodwill Industries International Executive Development Program. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, Ms. Morrone resides in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania with her husband Anthony and children Katherine, Joseph and Brynn.
Kevin is a lifelong resident of Concord Township and currently lives in the Concord Woods development with his wife Kristin and his seven children - Joshua, Ryan, Kylie, Kerry, Shane, Patrick, and Luke. He is a 1986 graduate of Garnet Valley High School and was one of the founding members of the GV Alumni Association, serving as president in its formative years.
Kevin has had a lifelong involvement at the Brandywine Youth Club (BYC), including playing sports as a child, volunteering as field maintenance chairman, former board member, and coach of various programs. He is playing an integral part of the fund raising efforts for the brand new O'Donoghue Fieldhouse, home of the Brandywine Youth Club for indoor sports, following in the footsteps of his father who the building is named after. Kevin is currently serving on the Concord Township Board of Supervisors for his sixth year and his areas of responsibilities include Park and Recreation, liason to BYC, and co-chair of Public Safety Committee. He has served as Committeman for the Central Voting Precinct in Concord for the last ten years. He also sits on the board for many charitable committees including the Leon Mascaro Scholarship Fund, the Sisters of St. Francis Annual Golf Outing, and Fred's Footsteps. Kevin is a member of the Executive Committee of the Concord Republican Party. In addition, he has been a board member of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce for the past 2 years, and is also active in the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. He has been an active member of St. Thomas the Apostle church since childhood.
Kevin has been in the Information Technology industry for over 20 years. In 2007, he was one of the founders of A2C, an IT consulting firm based in Philadelphia where he serves as the Managing Director.
